He Who Moans review of Doctor Who: The Impossible Planet and the Satan pit

Classic Who snobs like myself tend to level many things of the Russell era but this one in particular I feel proves the assertion that NuWho is a completely different show is more than a little unfair.

He Who Moans Review of Doctor Who: Time Flight

No hard feelings anyone that’s levelled this one of me, as yes I do agree that it did need addressing.

So: yes: I am usually far too nice to Classic Who and harsher on nu-who on He Who Moans. Yes, you are correct people that have said this. So to redress the balance somewhat – I’m gonna kick the shit out of a Classic Who story that totally deserves it and follow up with a positive review of an episode featuring the 10th Doctor that I happen to really like. Just to confuse the shit out of you 🙂

Eeny Meeny: First Impressions – Stubagful’s Literary Review

Stubag takes a first look at a popular entry in the crime fiction genre; Eeny Meeny by M.J. Arlidge, in which he is a patronising sarcastic prick as usual. He also ended up ordering the book in the end because he is nothing if not a massive hypocrite.
